1.Definition of name seventh day Adventist church: sda définition
a)Adventists:
What does the Seventh day Adventist church believe? The word refers to the words of our Lord Jesus in (John 14, 1-3) «1: Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2: In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3: And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.» As the Lord Jesus ascended to Heaven, the angels told the apostles: (Acts 1, 10-11,)
«10: And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11: Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.»
So we are called Waiting because we are looking forward to the second coming of Christ soon.
Note that waiting alone is not enough, which is why this article b) is so important.
b)The seventh day
The seventh day refers to what we really are, the word Adventist refers to the promise of what we will receive as a reward, the seventh day also refers to what we are, the rest in keeping with the law of God and the Sabbath "seventh day Adventist Sabbath".We have received the Message of the First Angel, God as our Creator as we read: «6: And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7: Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. »(Revelation 14,6-7)

How we lived.
Seventh-day Adventists We are called a nation separated from the world. As the Apostles were called, so it is with us. What Jesus gave to the early church is what He gives us today: «19: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.» (Matthew 28,19-20)God is calling us today to serve me at home, and you are called to answer: I will go.
3. Three characteristics of a Seventh-day Adventist.
a) Faith and Repentance:
Everyone who hears the salvation manifested in Christ Jesus, His Death and Resurrection, and then chooses to believe the Word spoken to Him, repents and delivers it to his Redeemer.b) Baptism, sanctification and renewal
Significantly, the Seventh-day Adventist must have been baptized and received the Holy Spirit.c) Journey:
It means attending the heavenly call and going.4) Summary about Adventist religion:
Whith general conference Adventist, We are called Seventh-day Adventists because we look forward to the coming of the Lord, Creator and Redeemer Jesus Christ in truth, full of love manifested in obedience to the commandments of God.Because we are waiting, there is a requirement, it is also because the world is salt, the light is shining, Let us be who we really are.
